Senate President Franklin Drilon on Wednesday said Pres. Benigno Aquino III’s appointment of Solicitor General Francis Jardeleza as the new associate justice of the Supreme Court (SC) was not meant to undermine Chief Justice Ma. Lourdes Sereno.
