SC affirms ruling on printing voter receipts

MANILA - The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday affirmed its March 8 ruling ordering the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to activate the feature in the vote-counting machines (VCMs) that prints voter's receipts in the May 9 polls.
