PNP number 2 man tinanggihan ang retirement honors

MANILA - Nagretiro na si Philippine National Police Deputy Director General Marcelo Garbo, pero hindi siya bibigyan ng retirement honors ng PNP dahil tinanggihan niya mismo ito.
