LENTE welcomes Comelec decision to enable VCMs' onscreen verification

The Legal Network for Truthful Elections (LENTE) has welcomed the decision of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) en banc to enable the onscreen verification feature of the vote-counting machines (VCMs) in place of the voter verification paper audit trail (VVPAT).
