Comelec, Smartmatic told: Stop fear mongering

MANILA - Election watch group Kontra Daya on Tuesday staged a rally in front of the Palacio Del Gobernador in Intramuros, Manila to protest the Commission on Elections' (Comelec) proposal to postpone the May 9 polls.
