Comelec powerless to stop Pacquiao-Bradley fight broadcast
MANILA - The Commission on Elections (Comelec) has no power to stop the broadcast of the impending match of senatorial aspirant Manny Pacquiao to Timothy Bradley, the Comelec en banc ruled Tuesday.
