MANILA - The Court of Appeals (CA) has exonerated and ordered the reinstatement of a ranking police officer who was ordered dismissed from the service by the Office of the Ombudsman over an allegedly questionable P100-million deal entered into by the Philippine National Police (PNP) with a private courier service company in 2011.
