BIR goes after PCSO's unsettled P2.9-B documentary stamp tax

The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) guaranteed Sunday that it is going after the unsettled P2.9 billion documentary stamp tax (DST) of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO).
