Binay accuser admits visiting Pampanga hotel, denies gambling

MANILA – Former Makati Vice Mayor Ernesto Mercado, a staunch critic of presidential aspirant Jejomar Binay confirmed Monday going to a hotel-casino in Pampanga for a meeting and not for gambling.
