MANILA - The Office of the Ombudsman has ordered the filing of charges before the Sandiganbayan against five former lawmakers, including former Muntinlupa Rep. and Customs Commissioner Rozzano Rufino "Ruffy" Biazon, over their alleged involvement in the multibillion-peso pork barrel scam.
