Vitangcol asks SC to halt Sandigan proceedings

MANILA - Former MRT General Manager Al Vitangcol is urging the Supreme Court to halt Sandiganbayan proceedings against him on charges of graft over an allegedly anomalous $12 million maintenance deal for the rail system.
