PAO ready to represent Vitangcol in graft cases

The Public Attorney's Office (PAO) on Monday expressed willingness to stand as counsel de oficio to former Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) General Manager Al Vitangcol in the duration of his trial for graft.
