House to honor Pia, tackle bill to exempt her from taxes

The House of Representatives is set to honor Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach by bestowing on her the Congressional Medal of Distinction when she pays lawmakers a visit on Tuesday.
