Comelec can't indefinitely delay ballot printing for Poe

The Commission on Elections (Comelec) stressed Sunday that it cannot indefinitely postpone the printing of ballots for the 2016 elections, pending the decision of the Supreme Court on the disqualification cases against Senator Grace Poe.
