Over 90,000 registered Pinoy voters in HK urged to participate in 2016 polls
HONG KONG — The Philippine Consulate General and the various representatives of Filipino groups here are joining efforts to convince the over 94,000 registered Filipino voters in the territory to vote in the 2016 elections.
