CFO sounds alarm on new mode of illegal recruitment

MANILA – Over a hundred illegally recruited men and women from Manila, Ilocos, Abra and Bicol, trooped to the office of the Commission on Filipinos Overseas last March 27 in the hopes of being deployed overseas.
