PH resort ordered to pay $2M for using 'Sands' trademark

CALIFORNIA - A Las Vegas judge ordered First Cagayan Leisure & Resort to pay Las Vegas Sands $2 million for using the sands trademark and another $150,000 fine for violating copyright laws.
