Indonesia rejects clemency plea for Pinay drug convict

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Wednesday confirmed that Indonesian President Joko Widodo has rejected the Philippine government's plea for clemency filed for the Filipina drug convict on death row in Indonesia.
