Bishop urges ‘more determined’ effort from govt to repatriate OFWs from Libya

Following the abduction of three Filipinos in strife-torn Libya last month, a Catholic bishop on Thursday urged government to mount a "more determined” effort to repatriate Filipino workers from there.
