65 Pinoy kids, whose births are unregistered, in the care of the PHL Embassy in Kuwait

At least 65 children from extra-marital relationships are under the care of the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait as of March 2015, and according to GMA's "24 Oras", the numbers could reach up to 100.
