Pope picks Pinoy prelate as Vatican envoy to UN

Pope Francis has picked a 55-year-old Filipino Catholic prelate to represent Vatican City in the United Nations, the Catholic Bishops' Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) said in a news release Wednesday.
