POEA cancels recruiter’s license for failure to deploy workers

A recruiter had its license revoked by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for allegedly failing to fulfill its promise to deploy overseas Filipino workers to Saudi Arabia and Taiwan.
