Pinoys in Afghanistan urged to go home as PHL raises alert level 3

The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) on Tuesday raised Alert Level 3 in Afghanistan and urged the estimated 4,000 Filipino workers there to return to the Philippines in view of the increasing tensions in the Middle East state.
