Slain Fil-Am student honored with posthumous degree in SF

Filipino-American Stephen Guillermo, 26, was conferred with an honorary international relations degree by the San Francisco State University on June 19, less than two months after he was shot dead while trying to enter the wrong apartment unit in his building.
