POEA upholds deployment ban on Iraq, prepares for mandatory repatriation

With the Philippine government raising the crisis alert level in Iraq to level 4 (mandatory repatriation), the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration on Friday reminded the public of a total ban on the deployment of overseas Filipino workers there.
