Malaysian high court to hear merits of Fil-Malaysian teen's bid for citizenship

A 16-year-old Filipino-Malaysian's bid for citizenship has survived an attempt by the Malaysian government, the Home Ministry's secretary-general, and the director-general of the National Registration Department (NRD) of Malaysia to have it dismissed.
