Alert level 2 up in Iraq's Kurdistan region

The Philippines on Monday raised Crisis Alert Level 2 in Iraq’s Kurdistan region, where hundreds of Filipinos are based, as tensions began to spread there. Under this alert level, Filipinos are asked to restrict non-essential movements, avoid public places and take extra precautions.
