POEA: Ban on sending new hires to Yemen stays

Labor Secretary Rosalinda Baldoz clarified that the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) has only lifted the ban on the deployment of returning workers to Yemen, and the ban on sending new hires stays.
