Bill that seeks to secure jobs of Pinoy seafarers inches to House passage

The House of Representatives on Tuesday passed on second reading a proposed legislation aimed at securing the jobs of the over 400,000 Filipino seafarers around the world, especially the 100,000 currently serving on European vessels.
