Hong Kong draws fine from FIFA after alleged racism in Azkals match

FIFA fined the Hong Kong Football Association (HKFA) 30,000 Swiss francs, plus an additional 3,000 Swiss francs to cover the cost of the investigation, after a disciplinary committee ruled that fan behavior in a 1-0 win by a visiting Philippines side against Hong Kong was “racist.”
